(Almost) in the words of DJ Jazzy B, we’re going ‘back to life, back to reality...’! Beginner & intermediate level, using optional props that you will definitely have around the house. Working with injuries or challenges? Get in touch beforehand to talk through what you’re working with. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in and be ready to start 🙏
