Through my classes, I aim to take away physical, mental, emotional and financial barriers, bringing you safe, progressive and visible results - as well as a lot of fun!

A former super-plus size body owner with my fair share of musco-skeletal challenges and a chronic condition, I have a special interest in the restore / repair aspect of Pilates and welcome anyone with physical challenges.

I'm also a keen Yogi, so there's a flow to class that just feels right
and relaxation like only the Yogis can!​
