So what do you need from me to help make it easier to get on your mat?
Maybe you crave achievement, perhaps you’re looking for a little fire, or something more cosy to ease the aches of winter huddling?
Do you need the flexibility of pay-as-you-go? Or do you need the commitment of a set course? Or do you need the ultimate flexibility of video classes to play anytime?
Is an hour enough? Do you enjoy an occasional indulgent longer you-fest? Or do you like a more frequent burst?
What will make you roll out your mat and zig-a-zig ahh??!!!
