Introducing the
10–20–30 Pilates Programme
Learn it. Understand it. Own it.
Pilates isn't about making your body fit an exercise. It's about understanding how to make the exercise work for your body.
That's the philosophy behind my 10–20–30 Pilates Programme.
Inspired by Joseph Pilates' famous promise that you'll feel the difference in 10 sessions, see the difference in 20 and have a whole new body in 30, this is a structured, progressive learning journey that goes beyond simply following along in a class.
We'll explore not just how to move, but why we move the way we do. You'll learn about your body's alignment, breathing, core engagement, strength and control — and, most importantly, how to apply that knowledge to your own movement.
Because everyone is different. An exercise that works beautifully for one person might need adapting for another. The goal isn't to achieve a textbook-perfect shape; it's to understand what your body needs and find the version that works for you.
Three modules. One learning journey.
Module 1 · Feel the Difference
Discover the foundations of Pilates. Develop body awareness, understand the principles behind the movements and begin building strength, stability and confidence.
Module 2 · See the Difference
Build on your foundations, develop greater strength, coordination and control, and explore more challenging movements as your understanding grows.
Module 3 · A Whole New Body
Introduce small Pilates equipment, expand your movement repertoire and bring your knowledge and skills together into a confident, adaptable practice.
Learning that fits your life
Each module includes 10 hours of personalised, one-to-one Pilates education, delivered at a pace that suits you.
We can arrange your learning as one-hour sessions, two-hour sessions or half-days, during weekdays, evenings or weekends. Sessions can take place at my home or yours, by arrangement.
You don't need to be fit, flexible or experienced. You just need to be curious about what your body can do.
This isn't just about doing Pilates.
It's about understanding it well enough to make it your own.
Programme FAQs
Is this suitable if I’m completely new to Pilates?
Yes. This programme is designed as a true starting point. Everything is taught from the ground up, with time to understand the principles, movements, and how they apply to your body.
What if I’ve done Pilates before but want to go back to basics?
You’re very welcome. Many people join to strip things back, rebuild confidence, or reconnect with the fundamentals in a more thoughtful way.
Do I need to be fit, flexible, or pain-free?
No. Pilates meets you where you are. Movements are adaptable, options are always offered, and the focus is on support rather than pushing or performing. If you have specific conditions or concerns, you’re welcome to get in touch beforehand.
What’s the difference between this and a regular drop-in class or 1-2-1?
This is a structured learning programme, not a standalone class or session. The 10/20/30 Programme builds from theoretical foundations through exploring variations and adaptations to a detailed exploration of each exercise in the traditional repertoire, allowing time for understanding, practice, and integration — rather than jumping straight into choreography.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend a session, please let me know as soon as possible. Where space allows, attending an alternative session may be possible. The programme is progressive, so regular attendance is encouraged.
How big are the groups?
The programme is offered on an individual or group basis. Group sessions are kept intentionally small (up to 6 people) to allow tailored guidance and a supportive environment.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. A two-part payment option is available at booking to help spread the cost.
Is there an early bird price?
Yes — an early bird rate is available for a limited time and will automatically be removed once it ends.
What happens after Module 1?
Module 1 can be taken on its own. If you choose to continue, each module builds progressively on the last. Participants who book subsequent modules within three months are eligible for a discounted rate.
I’m not sure if this is right for me — can I ask questions first?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure, curious, or want to talk things through, please get in touch. I’m always happy to help you decide whether this is the right fit.
Pilates doesn’t ask you to be anything other than curious and willing to begin.
Early bird pricing is available for a limited time.
