I booked a class but I can't attend - what can I do?

For bookings made using a drop-in pass or a Flex to the Max membership, please cancel your booking via the online booking system / Wix app more than 24 hours before class to be re-credited automatically.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of class cannot be refunded or re-credited.

How are memberships calculated?

To keep memberships as cost-efficient as possible, prices are calculated assuming a 45-week attendance year, allowing for holidays and the occasional unexpected event (illness, injury, bereavement, etc.).

Your membership supports the running of classes (venue costs, teacher pay, insurance, software, licences, and more), and smoothing costs across a full year helps keep monthly pricing as accessible as possible for everyone.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — there is an option to pause for whole months, available for you to use when needed.

Please note:

  • Pauses must be arranged before your absence (and before your next billing date).

  • Pauses can’t be applied retroactively once a payment has already been taken.

I haven't attended class for a month (or more) - can I get a refund for my membership?

Unfortunately, to maintain accessible pricing and due to ongoing running cost commitments, retrospective refunds aren’t generally possible. If you know you’ll be away, please pause your membership before your absence (and before your next billing date) to avoid payments being taken.

If there are extenuating circumstances, please email me and I’ll do my best to help.

I accidentally purchased two memberships — what happens?

If you accidentally take out two active memberships, please contact me as soon as you notice.

  • If the duplicate membership is confirmed, I can usually offer a refund for the most recent month of the duplicate payments, or convert this into account credit, depending on what’s most helpful.

  • Refund requests for long periods of past payments (e.g., several months) generally can’t be approved, as the membership was active and supporting ongoing class provision during that time.
