Blissful bi-monthly mini retreats are a chance to step out of “doing” and into rest, release, and quiet recalibration.

Held over two unhurried hours, each session blends gentle Pilates-inspired movement, supported shapes, breath, and deep rest — helping you soften tension, calm the nervous system, and leave feeling more spacious than when you arrived.

This is not a workout — it’s a space to rest and reset.


There’s no choreography to keep up with, and nothing to perform.

Instead, we move slowly, use props generously, and prioritise how

things feel, not how they look.

Ideal if you:

  • feel tired, wired, or overwhelmed

  • are holding ongoing stress or tension

  • want to move gently without effort or expectation

  • would like time to reconnect with your body in a quieter way

 

No Pilates experience is needed.
