Service Description

The 10–20–30 Pilates Learning Programme offers a complete foundation in original mat Pilates, designed to help you build understanding, confidence, and skill progressively. Working in small groups, you’ll be guided through Pilates fundamentals with clear, thoughtful instruction — learning how to move well, how to support your body, and how to adapt the practice to suit your own needs. The aim is not just to do Pilates, but to understand it, so you feel confident managing your own practice both in class and at home. Designed as a connected sequence, the programme guides progression at a manageable pace, with personalised attention offered in every class. Each module builds on the last, allowing time for learning, integration, and confidence to develop naturally. Module 1 — Foundations: Feel the Difference Module 1 is designed as a true starting point. Over ten carefully structured sessions, you’ll be introduced to the core principles of Pilates, breath, alignment, and foundational mat exercises, with time to explore how each movement works in your own body. The focus is on learning rather than performing — building awareness, confidence, and a clear understanding of how to support your spine and whole body. Movements are taught progressively, with options and guidance throughout, making this module especially suitable for beginners, returners, or anyone wanting to strip things back and rebuild well. Participants who book each module within three months of completing the previous one are eligible for a discounted rate. **Early bird pricing available until 15 February** **Payment plan total: £240**

10/20/30 PILATES LEARNING PROGRAM BOOKING, ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS Because this is a structured learning programme, consistent attendance really matters — both for your own progress and for the group experience as a whole. ATTENDANCE If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact me as soon as possible. Where space allows, attendance at an alternative group or location may be possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. If more than three sessions are missed within a single module, it will not be possible to complete that module, as key learning content will have been missed. DEFERRALS If you’re unable to attend an entire module due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a deferral to a future programme, subject to availability. Deferrals are considered on an individual basis and cannot always be guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made prior to the start of a module are subject to the following: 4 weeks+ before the module start date: 75% refund 3 weeks before the module start date: 50% refund 2 weeks before the module start date: 25% refund Less than 2 weeks’ notice: refunds are not available; however, a reschedule or deferral may be offered, subject to availability. MINIMUM NUMBERS Each module requires a minimum of 6 participants to run. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future programme. A NOTE ON FAIRNESS These policies are in place to protect the integrity of the programme and the small-group learning experience, while still allowing for flexibility where possible. If something unexpected arises, please get in touch — I’m always happy to have a conversation.
